EMERGENCY REPAIRS

We carry out all emergency and non emergency repairs and will let you know in advance what exactly we are going to do before we start as well as honouring our pricing policy referred to in the pricing section.

Our service vehicles are fully stocked to deal with all general calls and we will further guarantee our time to be with you so if you do have an emergency you can at least rest assured we won't let you down.

Furthermore, in the event of an emergency we will talk you through a few practical tips before arrival. In some cases this can be the difference from part of a ceiling collapsing to safe water shut down and a saved ceiling.

We carry out insurance repairs and will deal with the loss adjuster on your behalf should you wish us to do so.

For all non emergency calls we will give you a cost before we start. If you are happy with the cost, we will carry out the works then and there.

Once the work is completed, we will ensure the working area is left tidy and that everything has been completed to your satisfaction. This is a very important part of the service as we want to be certain you are happy with everything we have done before we leave.
