Using Wincam Survey Software this provides you the customer with the best survey information possible. This software is used by surveyors and is highly recognised and voted as the UKs leading piece of software, providing CAD drawings and designs with all the water industry codes and latest regulations. The end product is a readable understandable document high in detail and easy to work with.

All CCTV footage can be either emailed, produced as a DVD, memory stick or VHS if required.

Commercial surveying is carried out on new installations, which are ready for local services adoption or private adoption. We also complete new build surveys, again for pre adoption.

Snagging and defects are a common service provided to insert pipe cameras into very small pipes or in large commercial pipes to locate intrusions or defects. Therefore, from the very small micro cameras to the large drain CCTV cameras all services can be provided at extremely competitive rates.

Procedure

Our office will give you a fixed price for your drain survey and then will make a mutually convenient appointment with you, morning or afternoon to carry out the work. Weekend appointments are also available to help fit in with busy lives.

When our engineers arrive they will feed a camera head attached to a cable or reel into your drain. The camera head has a bright light incorporated in its structure which helps produce sharp images that are transmitted back to the monitor. Meter by meter we record your drainage system and we note any defects on our written report. The written report will also include a site plan of your drainage system showing flow direction, depth and manhole position. When the drain survey has been completed you will receive a colour DVD recording along with a full written report and any recommendations.
